Beauty comes from order - Editorial

Process & Details
The aim here was to take an unorganized space and organize it. The process must be documented in an editorial that reflects the exercise.
The chosen space was a red box containing Lego blocks. The left side of the image above shows the unorganized space and the right side the organized result.

The first attempt of organizing the blocks. This idea did not succeed as the Lego did not fit back into the space when arranged in this manner.

The second attempt of organizing the blocks. This method succeed as it was systematic and satisfied all the requirements of the exercise.

The rubber band binding, designed to hold the book together.

When the rubber band is removed, a series of cards is revealed. This allows for the book to become disorganized and ordered again.
This experience can give the reader an insight into the process of the exercise.

The pagination system, inspired by the pegs on Lego blocks. The "+" in the middle was added as a stylistic flourish.

The typeface used for this project is DIN. It was selected as it represented the modular attribute of Lego blocks.
